Paid Dr Martin and his staff very handsomely for braces on three of my children. My son, in college; wears his retainer every night for years. When home for the past Holiday his retainer broke. Dr Martin office closed till Jan 6th, so he called to get it fixed today, but the office can’t see him for two weeks. He told them he returns to college, their response “Sorry, we are busy”. It’s customer service after the sale that really counts!!!!! Look for those that will help you find a solution instead of just saying “Sorry “

It was so good my son got awarded a GoPro for a prize it was an amazing experience. We will never forget what they did for us.
