I live in SW Florida and a hurricane was rapidly approaching. All stores were out of generators so I ordered a generator from Hardware sales. The original ship date was about a week out (well after the hurricane passed and it was needed). Without asking, they upgraded and comped my shipping to 2 day express allowing me to get the generator before the storm. I never heard of this company before but can tell that they really care about customers. When I need something else in the future, I'm going here first. Outstanding customer service!
