They were very professional and helped me find what I was looking for at an affordable price. I had my mattress and box springs delivered and they were very prompt on delivery. And was nice enough to haul my old one away! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone shopping around for a mattress!
Adam was wonderful to work with! We discussed my needs in a mattress by phone to begin with which saved time when purchasing at the store. We went to choose a mattress and were met with someone that was most unpleasant, not Adam. I’m unable to wear a mask and the man was quite rude so we left. I called Adam and discussed the situation and he made arrangements to meet me before the store opened to choose a mattress. Adam went above and beyond to meet us, discuss our needs and help us choose the right mattress for us. Can not recommend him highly enough. The delivery men were just as nice and kind. Very good experience other than the one person. If I hadn’t already had experience with Bowles mattresses and known that’s what I wanted, I would have gone elsewhere. But Adam made up for the bad experience of the one person. Call ahead and ask when Adam will be at the Franklin store.
We've made several purchases here over the last 3 years, most recently in August 2020. The furniture is great quality, the in-store service goes above and beyond, and the delivery is polite and professional. As far as the pricing goes, you get what you pay for. They offer very, very good materials, it might not be cheap but it will last you a lifetime. This is definitely my favorite furniture store in the Indy metro area.
Staff was very professional and patient with my elderly mom. Even took my good natured ribbing without getting twisted. Prices are high but they offer financing.
I really like the furniture...took one month more than initially told...delivered & set up went well...a little surprised that no one wore a mask though.
