Absolutely awful service. I mean truely terrible. If I could avoid going to this office forever, I would. The lady that I almost ALWAYS end up dealing with is beyond rude. She never smiles, she has no manners, she is extremely blunt and loud enough that the whole office can hear. It’s embarrassing. I always feel very uncomfortable and judged by this woman going in this office. She does not make the process any easier. I know a few people who won’t even go there because of her. The only one there that’s actually nice is the Redheaded lady up front, if you have the choice GO TO HER. Trust me.
