I wish I would have dumped State Farm and switched to this company years ago. I have twice the coverage for half the price. The people are simply great to work with.

During quarantine, I decided to start house hunting and Matt worked with me to find quotes for home owner's insurance. He also helped me determine whether or not a house I was looking at was in the flood plain. I decided to purchase a house, and Matt quickly and efficiently found me a quote. The next day, my car was swiped by a hit and run driver, and Matt worked with the body shop to get my car in at the right time as I would be responsible for my rental car. I also waited until the last minute to start my home owner's insurance, but Matt and Kara made it available and active on the day I needed it to be.nnIn the past, Moore & Shepherd Insurance has saved me money by finding and notifying me that I could get better/same coverage of my car and renter's insurance, but at a lower price.nnThough I don't reside in Jackson County, I will always use and am thankful for Moore & Shepherd Insurance!

I have been with Moore & Shepherd for almost 10 years, they have set me up with Life insurance, Auto Insurance, and Renters. My emails are answered the day I send them and they are always willing to talk over the phone to make sure that we are on the same page. Over the years my agent has constantly worked to find me a lower rate, and makes sure that I am not overpaying for my coverage.nnI trust this business, and even though me and my family are moving to Virginia in a few weeks it was welcome news to find out that i wouldn't need to find new agents.nnThanks for being awesome!

My family and I have been clients of Moore & Shepherd Insurance for over 20 years keeping them even when we moved from Seymour in 2013. They are always looking out for our best interests finding insurers that meet our needs at the lowest costs around. Claims (though rare) were easily processed. The staff is friendly and efficient. There's a reason we've stayed on for such a goo while. Keep up the great work!

Moore & Shepherd Insurance has been handling my insurance needs now for +6years. They were very helpful in helping my get my own insurance plan when I moved out of my parents house that was affordable, and when I bought my first home helped me switch insurance carriers to find the best rates and coverage for both my home and auto policies. Communication was very timely and efficient, and they were helpful in answering my questions, either via phone or email (which I preferred). They even made sure they had me covered when others were on vacation in the office, which was nice to see that they had planned that in advance. Very pleased.
