Computer Corner

Not off to a good start. I bought a brand new custom $1,500 desktop system. Windows was not activated, nor could I activate it myself because they never even included my original Windows disk or product key. Also, there is an issue with my DVD drive not being recognized. It's been in the shop all day, still not ready! I work out of home, and I haven't been able to work on it for 4 days. I hope I can post a better review if/when this all gets resolved. 😏

I don't normally leave reviews but given how amazing computer corner has been, It feels well deserved. I want to especially thank Michael for going above and beyond in helping me to provide our company with much needed equipment for a project. I work with many vendors for my job and I can honestly say that no other vendor has come close to level of customer support that you guys provide. You guys are fast, responsive, and prioritize every order that we send your way. Keep up the amazing work, I will be sending you guys many more purchase orders in the future.

Dusty built me a custom computer for me last year. He made me an awesome powerhouse of a machine for some research I'm doing. We selected each part based on a price/performance decision and he guided me through the whole process. The CPU was, at the time, the latest Ryzen Threadripper. It was really hard to find, and it took a while to get it delivered, but he stayed in touch with me the whole time. Once it came in, it was ready within a day (right on my birthday, BTW).

I bought a new computer from Computer Corner this weekend and could not be happier. The team is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The products they sell are all high-quality and they can find you the perfect computer for your needs. My salesperson, Dusty, explained to me the differences between models and didn't insist that I needed the more expensive model or pressure me to go for expensive upgrades. He explained all the available services thoroughly and let me choose what I needed without pressuring me to pay more. It feels good to buy from a local company, but even more when they're a company of such good quality and high rates of customer service.

I recently called Computer Corner and spoke with Michael. I have needed an updated home computer for a few years now, and working from home like so many other people at this time required that I upgrade now. I explained to Michael exactly what I would be using the computer for and he helped me design the perfect setup. We placed the whole order over the phone and he had it built that same day! And the installed everything for me! All I had to do was plug it all in and it was ready to use! Perfect!
