My experience was very good. The office staff and Doctor were very professional and reassuring.

I felt very comfortable with the friendly staff, and the procedures for keeping patients safe. Also the options for my treatment were thoroughly explained and discussed.

I was nervous and your staff made it so easy. I appreciated the extra steps they took too to protect the patients and staff from Covid.

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable. Able to do virtual visit.

Pros-the Dr I see is super nice and so are the physician assistants, the only reason I will give 2 stars.nCons-you can NEVER get help over the phone. There is a clear lack of communication and/or lack of attention to detail. Wanted a pre treatment estimate for an upcoming major procedure and the office staff could clearly care less if I get it. Everyday I speak to someone different who then tells me something different and makes promises they have no intention on keeping. It's literally a joke and definitely shows where the patient stands......sadly not first.
