The staff is always friendly, kind, and understanding. Appointments are easy to schedule, and you can even get text reminders. Rescheduling is also easy and no one ever seems upset about it. I never have to wait long, and Rhonda Fountain is a wonderful care provider. She's a straight shooter but always warm and attentive. I hope I will never have to change providers. I have recommended her highly to family and friends and would do so for anyone else in the Brownstown area that needs a primary care provider who will really listen to them.

While your wait time maybe short in their office their medical testing leaves a lot to be desired. I went in for some lab work and get some abnormal results and am asked to come back in a week for retesting. I come back in get retested and the following day get a call to be informed they used the wrong swabs and that that test can't be ran and I have to come in AGAIN for another retest. So I have to make time in my busy schedule for yet another test that should have been properly ran the first time
