Knightstown Family Fitness

I began taking classes at this gym one month ago when I saw an announcement about it being under new ownership. I now go to several classes a week! It's very clean and I love that it's so much closer to home than my last gym. The classes have been a ton of fun and have really helped me stay consistent. I highly recommend it for anyone ready to get moving again!

Not real clean. Needs more free weight items. Has mostly sprint machines. Quiet place most of time so no need to wait on anything.

KFF is a very clean and well kept gym/fitness center. It's available 24 hours, is very secure with keypad entrance al all times and security cameras inside and out. They have equipment available to workout your entire body as well as free weights, bench and squat rack. They offer classes for spinning, yoga, zumba and more. If you're looking for a nice place close to home this is it.
