My first visit today the lady at the desk was friendly, fast , and nice person. The Therapist that took me in and did the begging workout and assessment was very considerate of my pain and worked slowly explaining everything to me The New Castle facility is clean and orderly as is should be .i would recommend First Choice to any one that need a little body tweeking

I have been to the other physical therapist in New Castle and I will NEVER go to any other place than First Choice Physical Therapy. Beth has healing hands and is so in-touch with her patients. Beth, Shannon, and Debbie truly care about the well-being of their patients.

This is the first review I have ever done, but I feel compelled to do so because of the superior treatment I received at First Choice Physical Therapy in New Castle, Indiana. Beth Panwitz is the therapist who treated me. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Beth also treated my hip bursitis using Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
