I had some bad experiences with the staff at this establishment. MULTIPLE staff at this establishment. I recently changed my doctor to Dr. Grooms who just started and WOW! Shes amazing! She listened to all my issues, explained things in depth so I would understand. She is by far the best doctor I've had!!!!

Everyone is very friendly. Appointment on time.

Dr Taylor is in the orthopedic area, had to see him about nerve damge in my fingers and numbbness in my hand. He was very kind, courteous and because of him ive been able to go back to work and been able to cook again like i had when I was younger.

I saw Dr Miller 2 days ago. I had some further questions that afternoon. I called and spoke to his nurse and she got back with me the next morning. She and Dr Miller got with my insurance company and early this morning called to tell me they had got a PA from them for my prescription! Saved me $400. - $600. a month! I have NEVER had a Drs office to care so much! Thank you to ALL of them!

DO not go to dr romana malik . I would give zero stars if possible. She has no compassion whatsoever and if you have any type of past she will treat you like the scum of the earth. My new patient appt was only 5 min long I was so rushed and she was talking so fast she was stumbling over her words she couldn’t get me out of there quick enough and she was just plain RUDE. I’m done with new castle doctors they are so unprofessional and biased and if you’re going to be that way then maybe don’t work in this field. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
