Nice people but the doctor spent more time talking about something that had nothing to do with what I saw him for. Didnt help the best more focused on my weight which i get but it was exactly opposite of what i saw him for

The front staff are friendly and helpful. The doctor who saw my daughter spent less than two minutes with us, didn’t do a thorough check-up and told us her cough was no big deal even though it was made clear she had it for a long time and was having trouble breathing. We got a second opinion and she had well-developed pneumonia. We somehow got charged a ridiculous amount for the visit as well. I have high respect for the medical community but the medical staff here did not impress me at all.

Edit: Sarah reached out to me and did her best to make things right. We’re currently scheduled with a doctor at their Roseburg location. Original :They don’t have enough doctors so it can be months before you can get an appointment. We had an appointment scheduled today. We arrive 30 minutes early as required. The nurse was able to get us in early which was great. And then we waited and waited and waited and waited. Once we reached an hour past our appointment time, I went and asked the receptionist how far behind the doctor was running. 10 minutes later she still had not come to give me any information. I have other things to do today so we walked out. Thankfully it was a new patient appointment and no one in the house was sick otherwise we would’ve been stuck waiting even longer. They are either over scheduling or have very poor time management skills. Either way find a clinic that will respect your time and will communicate with you when they are unable to meet their scheduling.

Very disappointed... My sister has MS and was supposed to go in to see the doctor so she can get refills of her ms pain meds. She was having a very bad ms day and was weak and Fatigued. Turns out I couldn't get her in the car and she fell down. I had to cancel her appointment till jan. I asked for an emergency refill till that time and they never got back to me. Shes gonna be in so much ms pain because her pills run out tomorrow Fri. That's no way to treat a ms patient. She is in a scooter and not very mobil..Why make a person suffer in so much pain? They are suffering enough just with ms.

Worst office I've been to. I didn't take my flipper in for the check up after an extraction. The appt was supposed to be to fit the flipper the right way and make sure I was healing ok. Wasn't even able to see the dentist to explain I didn't like the flipper and didn't want to use it. Receptionist wouldn't take no for an answer, seemed very irritated. I explained with my work schedule, that I need scheduled at least 3 weeks out, she was pushing for me to come in the next two days, and finally settled for an appt monday. I will not be showing up for that appt. Never dealt with someone so unprofessional.
