Very polite friendly and helpful but they're alittle unorganized to be honest and some of them are totally clueless on how to do their job

There was a disconnect between my doc and the pharmacy due to the medicine that my doc prescribed not being a real option. Briana took the extra initiative to call my doc's office and get all of it straightened out for me. I could not possibly appreciate her help any more! Thank you!

My family has been coming to the Avon, IN. Meijer pharmacy for years. Lately, I’ve noticed things taking MUCH longer. I call ahead now and even then sometimes things aren’t ready. The drive- thru is closed often and the familiar flow of things seems off. There’s been a change to the staff recently. The extremely nice pharmacist is gone along with what seems like the entire nice staff we have been seeing for years.nnGo there if you want to wait for everything and feel like you’re bothering the hell out of almost everyone simply by picking up a prescription.

Their customer service is horrible! They give conflicting information and lack the decency to own up to it.

Ridiculous slow filling prescriptions every time I come. It’s always a disconnect with staff and doctors. I’m waiting asthma medications for over two hours. Thank you for helping me breathe. I’m so frustrated and irritated.
