I just got the most exemplary service from Sierra Vinson at cordant in Avon, Indiana. She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. She listened to my problem and went to work getting it solved in my best interest. I have had wonderful interactions with the other technicians and pharmacists as well. Today Sierra made my life easier and that means a lot because I'm very often in pain. Thank you so much Sierra for your hard work!

I highly recommend this pharmacy. They had rough start. But their service have been great. Thanks to Ms Kisha for the help. Her smile always brightens the room.

So initially I was giving Cordant two stars. Now I want to give them zero. I have spoke with them a total of FOUR times. I was told twice today 12/7, that my medication was being shipped to my house. I’m glad the woman gave me a tracking number because I tracked it and it was dropped off at my doctors office. I’ve been home all morning when I have things to do, waiting on this and just to track and find out it went to the wrong location. I called my doctors office and they said someone went in and changed it. I don’t recommend this company what so ever. It has been a hassle this entire time. Communication is obviously something they don’t have. This is beyond frustrating and totally ridiculous. I don’t even normally write reviews but I don’t want anyone experiencing this because it’s ruined my day due to them not having the correct information like they should. Thank you for wasting my time. Really appreciate it :)
