As a former employee and lifelong customer I can assure you this is the best movie theater in town. The employees are genuinely kind and caring with customers and amongst each other. The staff will always do everything they can to assist you in any way possible and offer personal touches to the movie theater such as beautiful handmade art of upcoming movies.nIn terms of the theater itself the recliner seats are one of the best aspects. It bring the comfort of home with a night out with friends or family together in the best way. 100% recommend this theater to anyone in the area or even just visiting.
Best seats in Indiana I feel so comfortable watching movies here. Costumer service is sometimes slow specially if the theatre is full. They have a couple of employees that move in a fast-paced. Sometimes I don’t have time to buy food because of the lines here. The regal crown membership is a must take advantage of this benefits. Downloaded the app and buy bought my tickets online. I get to go right in just scan and go. Since it’s more convenient there’s a small fee but it’s worth it. There Some Ideas that can help this location speed it up. They need some one in the front scanning digital tickets for a quick entrance. There’s no reason to wait in line if you bought your ticket online. Also They should not close the doors before the last movies actual showtime. One day I had to head back home with a group of friends. Claiming your credits or scanning your points will move much faster if there a regal crown member line. If they have one most of the time there’s no one there.
They had great service and I loved it
Great place & cheap tickets on tuesdays. Best thing to do is get the app downloaded from apple store or google play store & u can earn points quickly to buy free snacks & drinks as well as free tickets. People here r friendly & courteous & ALWAYS make sure to fix any & all problems that occur.
I would have given it a 5 star but if you don't buy your tickets online you have to wait in the concession line to get tickets. It really has caused a long wait for popcorn while people are picking seats. They need to get The ticket stand back up!!!!
