With open cases you would think they would reach out to both parents! But no they don’t just going off what one parent says. When children that are too young to understand what’s goin on are fed lies by one parent. Just to make the other one look bad it’s ridiculous what a joke!
Words cannot express how violated, insulted, and humiliated how I felt after a person from your office came to interview my family after a person from the Avon schools reported suspected abuse of a child living in my home. That person clearly has no people skills and did not have any interest in observing how the child interacted with family members. She just wanted to get a picture of his black eye and poison ivy scars and to subject the adults in the family to a drug test. The black eye was the result of a head but with his sister, but neither school personnel nor the CPS person cared to believe that.
There is some really nice caseworkers here i feel like they have a heart and in the best interest of the children of course there in everyone.
