Great selection of spirits and beers plus mixers. Quick checkout with proper Covid protection in place. Only improvement would be parking.
Purchased a 4pack on my way to my cousins for a football game. 1 of the 4 beer cans was squishy to the touch and label jacked up from an improper seal/ fill. Went there 3xs before finally coming in when the manager was on duty. The beer cost $18.99 for a 4pack, 18th st brewery stuff, so like $5 a beer. He tells me he can’t give me $5 off a 4pk or something to make up for it, he’ll offer to buy me a beer next door or something, instead he keeps the beer, hope he drinks it and gets sick!
Allocated liquor is hidden under the register so you can't buy it. Need a points system to buy allocated rather than having to be friends with a cashier.
This store had a good wine selection, and this last visit we got some assistance from an employee. He was very helpful, and I feel like we left with a good selection and more knowledge about wines.nnThey also have a broad selection of bourbons as expected, and the prices are a little better than I've seen at other liquor stores. There's a good variety of craft beers in the fridge, too.
Good selection and friendly staff...way better than Big Red's barely cool skunked beer and rude employees
