Ok so where do I start? My apartment was burglarized and I lost $1700 worth of stuff, filed a claim and got $500. Then 6 months later my renters insurance was canceled because I filed a claim.nThen twice they failed to pull for my automatic withdraw despite the money being there, which resulted in points on my insurance record.nThen I was in a wreck in November, files the Claim, thought they paid the lady, went about my life. Then 7 months later I get served with papers saying she's SUEING me because they failed to pay her.nAnd of course when I report it to my agent within a week I get a letter saying my monthly payment has gone from $130 to $235. IT ALMOST DOUBLES BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE.nnWhatever you do DO NOT use Doug Catt as your agent
