Notch 8 Athletics

Soooo happy to be back in the gym. The coaches are awesome!

First time here, not a first-timer at Crossfit, it was amazing!! I felt welcome and the workout was great. It did really feel like family here. I could be myself and workout as hard or easy as I saw fit. Highly recommend.

This is a completely different type of working out for me. I was not sure I could it but with the excellent coaching staff I’m accomplishing more than I ever thought I could. It truly is like a family. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Give it a try!

I have been to three workout places in avon and this place is the best by far.

Last last April I thought my athletic days were gone. Then I found Notch 8! They have helped me work through my injuries from athletic sports and given me a more pain-free life. I have a ways to go, but I am at the right place to accomplish my goals. All of the coaches at Notch 8 are there to teach, coach and encourage you on your way to cross fit success! They work within your limits while pushing you outside of you comfort zone. I recommend Notch 8 to all levels of athletes.
