The shopping experience at the store was very relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. We used the decorator service and Katie was so helpful. She walked us through the store to get an idea of our likes and dislikes She came to our home to measure and get an idea of the space. She then gave us a 3-D picture of some options for furniture arrangement. She made the ordering process stress free. Now we are excitedly awaiting for our furniture to arrive.

This particular La-Z-Boy store is the best in Indianapolis! The assistant manager, Mark Abelman, was wonderful to work with. He took his time to explain the different recliners features and fabrics. I ordered exactly what I wanted. Mark is kind, knowledgeable, and knows what customers want. This location is the furthest from my home, but it was well worth the trip to get exactly what I wanted. I will be going back to this location when I need to purchase more furniture.

I was quite pleased with both our salesman and the designing specialist who assisted him. They were both very knowledgeable and both very friendly. They were very patient with our endless questions and indecision. I never enjoyed spending that much money before. I will be recommending them to friends.

Well, I initially left a five star review a few months ago but had to let folks know that they tell you when it will be delivered 12-14 weeks which is crazy in its self but then call you two months later and tell you it's going to 4 or 5 more weeks. Aug 14 order to Christmas delivery. Then they wont even help a disabled lady move the old chair out to the curb. Tired of being second classed

I purchased a power recliner from La-Z-Boy today. The service I received from Jim was top notch and all the options and features of the chair were clearly explained to me. They will work with you to get the furniture you want within your budget. I highly recommend this store.
