It was late let in the evening we had our 3 grandchildren(well behaved) but he didn’t mind that at all. Our son had purchased a mattress from you all a week before. They highly recommended you guys. We went it, you guys beat any price we had found so we also purchased and can’t wait to get our bed.
We had a great experience at the Avon Mattress Firm and would highly recommend this location to others seeking a mattress. Tyler (Store Manager) was great to work with as he provided unbiased reviews of each mattress we were considering. Ultimately, he helped us find a mattress that we cannot wait to have delivered.
Very professional! We were able to get a king size mattress and frame within our budget, and the sales rep was very friendly and helpful. We went to multiple stores before this one, and everyone else was way over our budget. Glad we were able to find the perfect mattress here!
Do not buy a mattress from these clowns. I have got nothing but the run around from this company. What started as a delivery in 10 days, has turned into 2 delays putting me back over 8 weeks, had I let them continue to give me the run around.nI paid cash and when I demanded a refund they then tell me that it will be 20 days before I get my refund via mail..nBad bad business.nI would give them zero stars if I had an option
My husband and I was just coming to browse around to compare prices with another store we had just left. The store employee, Jeanae met us with a friendly smile and offered to help. What I liked the most about her is that she was not pushy which would have turned me off. After her kind suggestions on getting an idea what we were looking for I tried out a few mattresses and fell in love with one. She offered different buying options to make us even feel more comfortable. We ended up buying what we needed on the spot. Easy, Comfortable & Professional experience.
