Freddie was awesome! He was so friendly and patient as I had lots of ideas and my kids were with me. They wanted to explore as I was couch shopping. He helped me by moving parts around to visualize the couch as it would be in my house. Allowed me to ask all the questions and made it easy to make the decision to purchase! Thanks for your help I can’t wait to get the couch in and shop again with you. Great service and awesome customer service!

Beth Adams is amazing in her management position, which includes customer service. She came to the rescue on our order on two desperate occasions. She has a wonderful demeanor and is skilled at working with the customer. Beth went above and beyond and made it seem effortless/ like it was no big deal. Well, it was and we are so grateful. My experience at this particular location was phenomenal. The environment was safe and social distancing was practiced. The salesman was polite as well as professional . We came in on August 12 and we were looking for a sofa and love seat for our family room. We met Jimmy, who was engaging and very helpful and patient. We are comparison shoppers, so we're going to try almost everything and discuss each one, ask questions and make a decision from there. He was extremely helpful, answered all our questions honestly and up front. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Jimmy to assist you with your furniture shopping!

We ordered a dinning room set. On 9/6 they told us it would be delivered on 9/27 and that we would receive a call for the estimate time the day of delivery. Day of delivery comes and no call. So I call them and they tell me they don't even have my table and its going to be another wee or so before they receive it! I got rid of our table the night before just to not get my new one so now we have no table for the kids to eat one and we are still waiting for our table. I will give them 1 more week and if we still do not receive it I will be buying one from somewhere else and getting a refund.
