Sales person Eric was outstanding. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us several options which fit our needs.nHe is extremely knowledgeable about the products he showed us and even told us some hidden secrets to make the chair we chose more useful.nThe showroom was very nice and clean and safe for customers.nI was very glad we chose Godbys as our first stop because it was a good experience.
Our Salesman, Eric, greeted us as we were looking at recliners. There was no pressure and he just let us look at our leisure. He was very able to answer all our questions. It was a very pleasant experience!
Just ordered a new couch and loveseat through Godby Avon, the sales associate Jared was very helpful! He answered all of our questions thoroughly both times I stopped in. Gave us space when we needed it, but also offered help with color selection of pillows and such. Very pleased over all with the whole experience. Felt no pressure to make a decision same day which was awesome.
Walked in the store in Avon last week and got great at advice .The crew came by the house today to install our new fireplace. It took less than a week to get this done. Tried several other fireplace shops but it seemed like nobody was interested in our business. Job well done Godby.
We had Jared Faucet assist us and he definitely knows his stuff we so very impressed with his amazing knowledge and professionalism! He gave us options and gave us time to personally think about them and was an amazing help in helping us make our decisions.
