Allergy Partners of Central Indiana

The actual services they offer are great. I suffered from horrible allergies for years, but once I was seen by Allergy Partners and started receiving shots, my allergies are basically gone.nnHowever, the way this place is ran is garbage. I've never been seen at my actual appointment time. As I write this, I've been sitting in their lobby for over a half hour past my scheduled appointment. Also, forget about calling and talking to someone. They do NOT answer the phone. Ever. It sure seems like they don't truly care about their patients.

Left a message to get confirmation on a upcoming appointment. it was on a Wednesday and it is now Fridau. Still no call back. Very upset.

This review is based on multiple experiences in regards to telephone efficiency and returning patient phone calls at only the office in Avon. I have no complaints about the highly qualified doctor that I see, their ability to treat specialized medical conditions, their financial advocacy for patients, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the proximity and ease of access from my home, etc. My experience in those areas has been very good. I understand that sometimes it isn't possible to answer all phone calls, but I don't understand their inefficiency in returning messages or why it is so difficult to talk to a real person especially since I see 2-3 people behind the desk when I go into the office. Per the request of the office, I can't even get through to the shot department to make sure the medicine I need is there and to let them know I'm on my way so that they can prepare the medicine I take. I have had to wait over a week for responses from this particular office. So much for trying to keep my shots on schedule. If I call the main office, sometimes I can get answers much faster in a very around about way. I'm not one to post reviews, but I'm hoping this one gets someone's attention to correct or work on a better system of office to patient and patient to office phone communication. Some patients use their portal for communication, but I've called twice to try and set up access with no response.

There is one good nurse here who is very kind. The doctors are in it for the money. If you don't have hundreds of dollars to spend, and you don't want to be hopped up on a bunch of drugs, don't go here. They refuse to work with you unless you take their drugs even when you repeatedly tell them you react (anaphylaxis) drugs. I reacted in their office and they still denied it. I got no help here, just another money hole to waste a year on trying to find help. If you have multiple chemical sensitivity or MCAS don't waste your time and money on this office. What a waste of $600 for 3 visits.

I have been a patient with Dr Wise for 9 months now. I could not be happier. He is very attentive to my needs and has helped my allergy symptoms immensely. He gave me different treatment options when I first started seeing him. I ultimately chose the shots which I have been very happy with. I have already seen my symptoms decrease in the short amount of time I have been getting them. I would highly recommend Dr Wise as an allergy specialist that will help you.
