Dr. Duck & Associates

This office is so good that if I leave a message I get a call back in 10 minutes most days. They're always kind and treat my new mom worries like they're valid no matter how dumb. I am deeply grateful for the blunt way Dr. Duck himself speaks. He manages not to talk down to me which I find a lot of doctors struggle with.nnHonestly this office is so good they've even contacted google about the bad google maps directions. Google tells you to turn too late. Just. They're an amazing and detailed focused office.

Dr. Duck is that rare breed of doctor that can talk to both parents and kids in a way that is direct and to the point, without sounding condescending or preachy. He literally saved one of my boys lives after we brought him in with stomach pains. Dr. Duck told us to take him to Riley's immediately. Saved his life. One of the best pediatricians we've had. And we have three kids and have moved around, so we've had quite a few. One of the other things I like is that the sign says Dr. Duck. That's who you will see. When you call the emergency line, you get Dr. Duck. If you need to get in, Dr. Duck will get you in. It's that personal touch that gets lost anymore and it still exists here.

He’s soooooo nice and funny. Staff is very friendly.

Refused to see my 2 year old and newborn on his 1st month check up because they have no insurance at the time and could not verified medicaid even when I said I would pay out of pocket since my newborn had not been added to medicaid she wanted to “push back a week” his appointment but clearly didn’t care to just cancel. Sad they only care about the insurance.

He is absolutely the best! Staff is so caring and amazing...Our daughter loves them ❤
