Literally no stars if I had a choice. Probably the most unprofessional experience with a dentists office I've ever had. They had to initially reschedule my appointment due to one of the their staff members not showing up to meet their new clients. Showed up the next morning, the dentist had implied I was a drug user (I don't even smoke weed) and wouldn't do any further work until I got a release from a doctor(?) Never heard of that before. Was there from 7:45am-10 am because they were running behind due to a person working in the office that doesn't usually work in their office. LOL. All around wouldn't recommend.

Dental work can be horrifying for those of us with severe gag reflex. Aspen Dental staff member/dental assistant made adjustments, stayed calm, and did not make me feel worse as she did dental impression. She was professional and caring the whole time! Actually the first dental assistant I had was also patient and professional. I appreciate this so much!

Treated great until I paid in full before services fully rendered. Nothing was explained to me, the process, nothing. I went here under the false pretense of what I saw on commercials that it was fast and affordable. 1 hour and 45 minutes of wasted time for a 10-15 minute appointment. If your time isnt valuable to you, as it didnt seem to be to me, then by all means, yeah go there. I ended up transferring my work to another Dental office. Inept and incompetent staff that could care less about your schedule. Giving one start because I cant give zero stars, but I would if I could. AVOID!!!!

If I could rate lower I would. My wife has been needing to have her wisdom teeth out and our regular dentists oral surgeon quit the practice suddenly on them and forced us to reschedule to this terrible company. At our regular dentist the removal was going to be $500 after insurance. At her consultation they told us the removal would be $800 so we agreed on that and paid the extra because she needed them out. Then we show up for her removal and they changed the price to $1,150 on us because apparently they didn’t code enough anesthesia at the consultation and they “miscoded” her removals. I feel this is a deceptive bait and switch maneuver by this company to price gouge her procedure. If you don’t want to pay more than double what a procedure should cost do not use this practice.

Receptionist very nice. Would not do a single tooth extraction with local anesthesia without medical clearance?? Never been told that with previous 6 teeth removals. Prices were extremely high for dentures. Not economically friendly for those who do not have insurance.
