Fly Away Travel

Jane worked her magic on the cancelation of one cruise to rolling it over it over to another one. I would NEVER attempt to do our own booking for cases just like this. Thank you Jane for all your hard work.

My girlfriend booked a trip to New Zealand with them and bought the travel insurance. The trip was almost $10,000. Due to Covid-19 her travel agent told her to cancel her trip, which she did. You would think that she would be able to be refunded or at least get credited for another trip for that amount. She was only refunded her flights and Fly Away told her that she will not be refunded ANY money for her cancelled trip! They would not help her, they would not cooperate with the insurance claim, and when she went in to talk to them about getting refunded or credited they did not do anything to help her and said sorry and said she is going to have to just eat the money. So we are now out nearly $10,000, and cannot vacation for another year or two because we need to save up again! We will never use or recommend Fly Away Travel. They clearly do not care about their customers and screwed us. Do yourself a favor and use Expedia, Priceline, or one of the other travel companies that will actually help with cancelled trips due to Covid-19.

They were able to save me about $150 on my total trip. tickets as well my travel visa were all included. They answered any questions I had, gave me tips and ideas for my trip and they were just the sweetest group of ladies. I will definitely be going to them for all my future travels.
