The owners Dustin and Kattie personally coach you if you choose to try the transformation programs which help you get on the road to a healthy lifestyle, not just until you see the numbers you want on the scale.nNot to mention all the instructors are incredibly motivating and teach a variety of classes from strength and weights to yoga to spin to my personal favorite, High Fitness and so much more! The classes only style of this gym is what makes it work so well! You always have an instructor to help with your form or even just a pep talk to get you through your workout.nFleece Fitness is more than worth the money, and I would HIGHLY recommend it.
