After a terrible visit at a previous dentist (not wanting to name names) this dentist was a breath of fresh air! My daughter needed to have a cavity filled (on a tooth that I was concerned about at the previous unnamed dentist, and they brushed it off saying it was fine) and the staff was amazing with my 3 year old daughter. She was calm throughout the entire experience and I can't say enough good things about this office. You feel like they actually care, and that kind of health care seems so hard to come by these days! My daughter came out from getting her tooth fixed with three Frozen stickers and already asking to go back to see her dentist. Total win!

Fantastic doctors and staff here truly tuned in to providing gentle, excellent care. Great people make a great business, and this place has got them.

Due to the fact that I had just given birth to another child, I unfortunately missed taking my daughter to her 6 month check up appt. Normally I would have called to reschedule, but in the chaos, it slipped my mind. I called to schedule her appointment today and was told that due to the fact that we missed one appointment, I was not allowed to schedule any longer...that I would have to just call between 8 and 9 on a given day and hope they could get her in same-day. I explained the circumstances and that I work full time and would not be able to randomly call, that it would have to be scheduled since I also didn't want to have to pull my daughter out of school, but I was told that was my only option. I too work in a medical facility and mine, like many others I know will have a policy such as this after 3 missed appointments and even then will simply not allow an appointment at a prime spot. Never have I been to an establishment where they won't let you make an appointment at all after only one missed appointment. This is unfortunate because my daughter loved her dentist. That is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere since my busy schedule will not allow me to just randomly call one day and hope we can get in. To whomever reads this, I would seriously consider altering your policy.

I went here when I was about six or seven, and it was horrible. I had soft baby teeth and had numerous cavities. Dr. Wells never used the proper amount of numbing solution so I would cry to and from his office. I’d tell him it hurt me and he’d tell me it was my fault. (My family dentist told me that I had good hygiene and no plaque buildup) When I got my tooth removed, he yanked it from side to side and ripped it out of my mouth. My mom wasn’t allowed in the room half the time, but when she was, it was bliss. He would make fun of me during appointments and tell me it was all my fault. I recently had an oral surgery for an ankylosed tooth. I’ve had to be put to sleep for dental work because I have anxiety attacks at the sound of a drill. Only go here if you’re ready to be scarred for life. Thanks for the medical bills...
