I have been ordering different products for my dog for a little over a year now. I have always had a great experience when dealing with chewy.com. I have never had to wait on the phone for someone to answer and they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. They make returns so easy. Love having the things I need for my dog delivered right to my door without any hassle. I definitely recommend trying them out for your pets needs!
I cannot say enough good things about this company! I recently had a dog pass away and Samantha was so kind on the phone!! The company refunded $ for my unopened bag of food, asked me to donate it to a local shelter, and also sent us flowers! This is truly a company that cares and sets a high standard for other companies to model after with providing quality products, excellent customer service, and how a big company shows that they value their customers with personalized care. Awesome awesome awesome awesome customer service regardless that I received the wrong product twice. I ordered the calcium no D3 & phosphorus free and I continued to receive the calcium dietary supplement. My gecko has other means in which he receives phosphorus and since I'm very meticulous with that I do not want to overdue his phosphorus intake. I will be donating this one I just got. I already had to donate the other one.
just ordered some VERY nice items for my dog's 15th birthday. I am very excited for the packages to arrive. The selections from the website are phenomenal.
I will be a Chewy customer for life. The customer service from this company is phenomenal. I had to put one of my dogs to sleep unexpectedly and I had just placed an order for her that I needed to return and I was a wreck when I called them. They were so kind and sympathetic. The customer service rep that I spoke to even sent me sympathy flowers. It was very kind; this is a fantastic company.
