Barb is a wonderful person always there to Help us as well her , Candi and Allen for maintenance always says hi to us. Me and my wife are very Happy with the House keeping and Maintenance here I would diff recommend people who stay here have these 3 Amazing people to help them. We would like to thank them for always being so Helpful and Always asking how our day is going.
My room was super clean when i arrived. For a pet friendly hotel my allergies never even knew it! Candy and Barb met all my needs for services. Both friendly, welcoming, top notch housekeeping, a hole family feel to the both of them.
GREAT customer service, water is always hot and rooms are decent sized. the guy that has the afro is really helpful and super cute
Room was okay. The floor could have been cleaner. The hallway and stairwell smelled like marijuana all day. People hanging around outside were talking about where to find cocaine. I checked out early because I didn't want to be around so many drugs. Definitely wouldn't stay here with my kids.
This hotel was not clean at all. There was hair in my shower, stains on the cushions, and what looks to be a blood stain outside my door. My bed sheets had crumbs in them and even a random pill on one of the cushions. I ordered a room with 2 beds and it came with one and a pull out couch which the hotel apparently does not supple bed sheets for. Not to mention it took the night attendant 20 minutes to get to the front desk to get us checked in. Some of the amenities they say they have are also not there. I will not be returning here ever.
