I want to first say the staff I interacted with were very nice. This review has nothing to do with them. The facility on the other hand...AWFUL!!!nnThe furniture in the room was in need of repair or replacement; they apparently did some renovations which consisted of sloppy painting only. The shower head was disgusting, the tub didn’t drain while showering, the toilet felt like it would come out of the floor each time I used it. The sofa was soiled and ratty, the bed was terrible and only one night stand in a room with a king sized bed.nnOur room had a jacuzzi tub and there were broken and missing tiles all around the entire tub. Additionally, the walls and floor were “paper thin”. We could hear the people next door talking at a normal volume and could hear every footstep above us.nnI realize this is not an upscale hotel, but it should be marketed alongside places like Motel 6 or a Super 8, not as a business hotel. Or they need to do real upgrades.

I travel often and whenever I have to fly into this airport I only stay here. CLEAN rooms and great staff. The manager will take care of you and goes the extra mile to make sure only guests are around so you really feel SAFE. He’s also cute. ;-)

In my lifetime I don’t think I’ve ever received such wonderful customer service like my family and I received this last weekend. The hotel and all of the staff went above and beyond with making sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and even helped my disabled mother carry some things to our room.nIf you are needing a hotel look no further. We were so comfortable and felt like we were at home. Thank you guys so much for such an amazing stay.

We arrived for our two night stay at 2:15 pm. We asked I'd our room was ready and we were told yes. Then asked if we could check in early. Front desk said yes you can. Much to our surprise we were told it would be $10.00 to check in early. Our room was ready!!! We were there 2 nights for a big catering job. Not even staying the second night. Just using it till 7pm the 2nd night. Then going home. We've stayed here several times. But next time probably going to look for somewhere else where they appreciate repeat customers. Also the ac was Loud.
