So apparently we always enjoy SpringHill suites. we paid the extra dollar and got the two room King ud83dudc51 bed executive suite and was well worth it. This room is bigger than our apartment.
Worst Marriott hotel I've stayed in!!! I've stayed in a lot of them and im a rewards member. It was awful. The staff terrible. I called to see about early check in and when I asked staff how they were today I got im busy. Got to the room there were food wrappers in the sofa. I had to make a reservation for the pool and I seen the reservation paper when she wrote me down it had one name on it ABOVE mine. I asked if I could make a reservation for 2 hrs back to back, not enough to take all the slots available just a few. I was told yes. Got to the pool and then was kicked out leaving my kids devastated. I was told there was a large group who had booked the pool. Guess the large basketball groups are priority. Got back to the room to learn TV doesn't work and neither does the room phone. Go down to front desk to be told they can't do anything that she left her boss a note. No switching rooms and no refund. Will never stay here again
working staff was very mean. got mad at us for our baby playing and trying to talk. came to our room and woke us up to tell us we needed to get her quiet or leave.
Nice, clean, friendly staff. Pet friendly. Cannot complain.
