My experience was very eerie. As me & my party walked in to upgrade my mothers wedding ring & to get jewelry repaired, none of us were greeted (only stared at). But another party walked in behind us and were greeted warmly with smiles. Terry REFUSED to warmly answer questions about new engagement rings. I believe this incident was racially charged & I will be contacting the corporate office with my experience.
Wonderful service by Terry and Tammy. Each time we go in there we feel like family and we leave knowing we got a quality product at a great price. We will return for many years to come strictly for their service alone
We will never come back to this store. My husband asked for help from the sales woman to purchase some ear rings for me. He was told they were in a case and someone would be over to help us. We waited, no help. Then a gentleman that walked in behind us asked the same person for help and she immediately came from behind the counter to help him. I guess it was because we are black. Which is such a shame, my husband was prepared to spend thousands of dollars for my early Christmas gift. Guess the sales person didn't realize all money is green.
Great service, everyone is kind and helpful! Had my rings resized, they did a great job!
Friendly people decent prices although I didn't buy anything.
