Horrible ear rings.nnI spent $30 on a pair of Disney Frozen ear rings for my daughter and within 3 weeks they fell apart. The store said they couldn't do anything about it because of the material they are made of. Now I'm out $30 and my daughter is disappointed one of her birthday gifts is already broken. Will definitely shop at Perry crossing again but I'll be buying my daughter's jewelry elsewhere.

Why they only have one person working on a Saturday is beyond me. Waited in line forever and none of us could even get help because they were so backed up piercing ears. Finally just left....

They shouldn't be allowed to do piercings because piercing guns are nasty and unsanitary. Go to a professional piercing studio where the piercing need;es are used only once and put in a hazard container to be destroyed. Piercing guns aren't cleaned and get constantly used over and over again. There isn't a proper way to clean them. Nor do they dispose of the guns. Get it done by professionals who know what they are talking about. Especially when it comes to properly cleaning them. They go through a year or more of apprenticeship to be a licensed piercer. And it's the safest and the most sanitary ever. Piercing studios take pride into cleaning and making sure that the place is clean and sterile to do things. Whereas Claire's, they do it around people who could be sick and passing around bloodbourne pathogens. Claire's piercers aren't OSHA and or first aid certified in bloodbourne pathogens. The ones who are, are in piercing studios.
