Can't get anyone to help you. Gwyn the cashier was the rudest person ever. Berated my husband because some put the sign up wrong and had to sell the tool to my husband at the price posted. WE don't work for Lowe's and because someone didn't do their job she thinks berating a customer is the way to go. My husband has a personal cc through Lowe's with a $10,000 limit. WE own a construction and home maintenance business. We moved from Johnson county to Morgan county. I would highly suggest some courses in customer care for your employees. WE can take both our personal and business to Home Depot if Lowe's would prefer. Being in the customer service business means treating your customers with respect and dignity if you want repeat business. I will be contacting your corporate office as we've NEVER been treated so badly as we are in your Mooresville, Indiana store.

Love this store! Got a great deal on Halloween yard ornament and it was still a week away! The staff are always so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond every single time we go in the store. Thanks to all the staff at the Camby store!! ud83dude01

I ordered online around 8. I called to see when it might be ready. She said by end of the day. Then she said all the items were in stock. She said she'd have done one pick it then! It was ready by 10am. When I got there, Cathy was so helpful. She even bound my moving boxes together so I could move them easier!!! Thanks to Mooresville Lowe's!

I have been a long time Lowe's customer. My last two experiences have not been good. I placed both orders online and chose to pickup. I thought that it would be more convenient and safer to do that than wander around the store. My first order was for a lawnmower that was in stock. After waiting hours and never receiving an email I decided to go to the store. My mower was there but not pulled yet. I walked back and pulled it myself. My second order placed today. Again all items were in stock. Again, they would send an email when it was ready to pickup. The order was dated to be ready today. By 8:00 no email received, I headed to the store. The woman at customer service said that it hadn't been pulled yet, but they were working on it. Another gentleman walked up and looked at the order. He chuckled and said it would be tomorrow. You are 5th in the que. How did he know that and no one else mentioned it. I pulled the order myself and then had to wait for it to clear the que before I could leave. Bottom line is they need better communication and obviously more help pulling orders.
