We were able to purchase a new bed all by phone including set up delivery. Rick was pleasant without being pushy and did not rush me off of the phone he took time to explain the product, answer my questions, set up delivery and made suggestions that actually saved me a bit of $$.. Thank you, looking forward to my new bed in a few weeks!

Very helpful and not at all pushy. We have had a sleep number for 20 years and love it. They are pricey, but ours has lasted a long time. If you have had a sleep number before, you will get a healthy discount.

The advertisement at the Sleep Number store is terribly deceiving! The big red sign on the front window says 50% off of the 360 bed. But when you go to pricing it, it is only 50% off of the mattress and the bed frame cost more than the mattress does. It is a Lie the way the sign reads. There is no small print that says mattress is only or anyting. Had a Sleep Number bed since 1998 and thinking seriously about switching instead of replacing with another one. Do you get it is terrible when a company does this kind of stuff!
