Our experience could not have been better. We have had a Tempur-Pedic queen size mattress for many years. We decided it was time to upgrade to a king size, and knew that the Tempur-Pedic technologies and options have come a long way from when we last bought. We worked with Desmond throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products in the store, other brands, as well as Tempur-Pedic. He explained the differences between all of the models, explained how things have changed since we last bought one and worked with us on the best options, based on our sleeping habits. He was very pleasant and patient. After we decided what we wanted, he went over various discount and finance options, working to find the best combination for us, in addition to being very flexible on timing of delivery, since we are working around a schedule for getting new bedroom furniture delivered. Overall an excellent experience!

Desmond was very knowledgeable regarding any and all mattresses in the store. Desmond was professional, dressed well, and kept his distance with the COVID 19 guidelines. Desmond answered every question.Desmond overcame all of our objectives, and helped us to make an informed decision.

Desmond the store manager was amazingly helpful! He definitely knows his stuff and it really helps when your spending 3000 grand to not feel like you've been taken advantage of. I can honestly say I've never been more satisfied with customer service, he took the time to guide me around the store to find exactly the right fit for us thanks Desmond! My husband and I are loving our new bed,frame and pillows !

Great team at Mattress FIRM in Plainfield IN. Started with a warm welcome by Michael and Desmond. Michael took time with me to understand budget, personal needs and my level of mattress knowledge- that is very minimal! I learned about modern mattress technology and was invited to try a variety of mattresses, including the adjustable base! I ended up making a purchase without stress or pressure. I would highly recommend this location and Michael and Desmond especially. Thanks Mattress Firm! Looking forward to receiving my new beautyrest!

The sales person (Desmond) was well educated and knowledgeable about the products in the store and which products would work well for my wife & I. Desmond also did a great job of keeping in our comfort zone with respect to price. When our tastes out grew the budget. He had suggestions on how to bring the price down without us having to give up the feature we were most concerned about. He Desmond was of course polite throughout our discussion.
