BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Bought a sectional, 2 bedroom suites, and a dinning table from this location a little over a year ago. Sales woman encouraged us to get a more expensive sectional, admitting that the cheaper options were very low quality (should have been a red flag). Fast forward to now, we are still paying for furniture that is falling apart! Sectional frame is cracked due to lack of support and the cushions are virtually non existent now. Dinning chair legs are constantly coming loose. Bed frame has already been trashed (good luck if you have a partner that moves at all in their sleep, because the whole bed frame will shake.) So disappointed! Will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Avoid this place. Furniture looks nice but is cheap. Delivery is awful. Customer service in store is ok. But online is horrible. Look at ratings and customer complaints on website. Save time,money, and frustration. Turn the other way.

Such an exciting unique place to shop! No place like it. If you want unique,very stunning furniture and good quality then you need to go into the room place! I have never been in a furniture store with so much to choose from as this store. Plus they also have so many beautiful accent pieces!!!nCristy was so professional! My fiancé and I bought our home at the end of July and decided to go ahead and shop for furniture since we knew it would be a while before we closed on it. We came here and ordered a nice (but very expensive sectional I might add) in the VERY beginning of August, which was only a couple days after getting the house. We were told that due to COVID, delivery times would take longer, which we understood to an extent. They told us that our couch would be delivered by October 16th. That's a pretty long time but whatever I guess, right? Yeah until they called us just a few days ago to tell us that now our couch won't be delivered until NOVEMBER 29TH AT THE EARLIEST. That is a month and a half later than what we were told initially, and that is 3 months of waiting for a couch that is quite frankly needed as we don't have one at all. We ended up looking elsewhere and found another sectional and loveseat set for much cheaper. We decided to call and cancel our order from The Roomplace only to be told that we have to drive all the way back up to the store to cancel it, so of course we did. All they had to do was get our phone number to cancel it, nothing else, which is absolutely a waste of time and gas. Not only that, but the customer service was terrible when we got there. The employees were rude and didn't offer even an apology for the issue with delivery or cancelling. We were literally told to speak to a manager if we had an issue. It would have been nice to have been given even just an apology but clearly they can't even do that.
