My wife and I bought a new table and chairs that we found on clearance in the store and to be honest got quite a steal on it. Right place right time. The only issue we had was that the table and chairs upon delivery were not wrapped which opened up the possibility of scratches/damage in the shipping process. As such, we are storing the set for two months while our home is being built and having it wrapped would have been nice. Outside of that, I have no complaints. The service in the store was good and like I said we got a great deal on the furniture. As such, the delivery guys whom were I believe privately contracted were pretty nice guys and carried the furniture around the back of our home to store in our storage shed. Thought that was pretty cool of them as they didn't have to do that.nnIf you're in the market for some new pieces, I recommend you stop in and check them out. May find a great deal(s) like we did.

Value city customer service has been wonderful. Haven’t liked waiting on furniture but it’s currently like that everywhere. Both deliveries have been on time and delivery men have been very polite and done a great job. Still waiting on one more delivery. Didn’t get 5 stars because I have a little nick at bottom of gentleman’s chest and my name is spelled wrong on card after me mentioning it was wrong & is why took me so long to get approved and application process didn’t go so smoothly. Other than that highly satisfied so far.
The team of guys that came were great! They made sure things were put together well and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! Thomas was very kind and respectful!
