Guys were late multiple times, constantly rescheduled, made our remodeling projects run weeks late, then finally moved forward instead of waiting on them due to impending winter and they decied to quit on us because of it. Owner even accused us of tampering with their OWN improper installation
Asked for a quote via Plainfield Chatter on Facebook. He was quick to estimate, and made an appointment for about 6 days down the road. He had an opening come up 2 days after getting quote and came then. Work was done quickly and professionally. THAT is customer service!
When it comes to electrical repair, it's hard to decide who to trust with the work. Mike Lee at Assured Electric is one of the most trustworthy people I know. He is super nice and will always make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend him for any work that you need done.
Assured Electric installed a Tesla wall charger in our garage in preparation for our car. The wiring had to run from our panel in the house to our desired location in the garage. The work was very clean and his price was more than fair. Mike answered all my questions over a couple week span and also spoke directly with Tesla's charging team to make sure we had everything needed. We chose Assured Electric over 3 other Tesla Certified Electric companies because of the quality of service and work performed.
