Susan is a wonderful stylist! She can cut, style, color ( low-lights, high-lights, full color) and gives the best advice. She is friendly and has wisdom to know what will work and what won't. Her years of experience are worth going to the JCP salon. The salon itself is a standard JCP salon.

My husband and I had hair cuts and I also had my hair colored. Our stylist was Katie and in two words “Never Again”!nnAfter my color was done I noticed that the hair by my ears was still gray. She offered to re olor that part but after being there that long I did not wish to stay any longer. I actually had to bring that to her attention which makes me wonder about other areas not quite as visible.nnBoth our cuts are choppy and we are both very dissatisfied.nnI really don’t feel she should be left alone to do any hair styling, although she was very friendly and sweet, just not a good hair stylist.

I went here for the first time a couple weeks back. I met with Jackie to get my hair cut and styled. She was very attentive and listened to what I was asking for. I don't trust most people with my hair but I know I can trust her. She did a great job and I will return for further service! :)

This salon ruined my hair color; subsequent redo did not correct it either (by a different stylist) so I had to seek help from another salon. I now don't have the hair color I had originally wanted and will spend years trying to restore the condition of my hair. Manager didn't apologize or offer anything extra either. I guess it's just my hair, no biggie-right? If you don't want orange and yellow hair when you asked for some low-lights, then I suggest you stay away from this salon.
