I feel bad for the employees there that job must suck

Regarding the photo center..... don't waste your time. We are getting ready for our wedding and made the HUGE mistake of using this location for everything photo related. I placed a 1 hour photo order for ONE 4x4 print. Order delayed. I needed to go to Walmart to pick something up, so two hours after I placed the order I asked the photo counter how long it would take to print that photo. Guy told me the machine was jammed and it would take another hour. 20 minutes later it's ready, so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been printed if I didn't say anything. Currently, I'm trying to print 60 copies of that photo. Here we are two hours later, and it's not ready. I've been on hold with the photo center for almost half an hour so I can ask when it will be ready before stopping by. Isn't the whole point of a one hour photo for it to be printed in one hour? This is time sensitive. The photo center on Wyoming & Menaul has never given me a problem and has my orders ready within 10 minutes. I highly recommend using their photo center instead.
