Urology of Indiana needs to improve it's customer service phone system. To reach my doctor I had to listen to 4 automated messages and transfer 4 times then was put on hold for 10 minutes never speaking to a live per DURING business hours. I gave up twice after waiting on hold. I left a message through another automated message and did not get a returned call for 2 days. Have experienced this over the past 2 years. My primary care doctor shared a similar concern from a patient perspective. Terrible
I was well informed. The nursing staff, Dr and the rest of the staff was friendly and made me feel at home. They even made me laugh several times and told me what to expect after surgery, they made sure my pain was under control before they allowed me to go home. This is why I choose Hendricks for my healthcare needs.
The Danville office is very easy to find and much more convenient for me to go to than the Carmel facility on Meridian St.nI am always amazed at Dr Hollansbe's enthusiasm for his profession. He would make a great professor.
I received Superb medical care at Urology of Indiana. This is the place to go for excellent care. The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful.
