Purchased vinyl plank flooring for a good price. Very helpful staff. Hopefully I don't have to replace this floor any time soon, but if I do, I'll definetly take a look here and see what they have

Customer service below average. Seems to be a good selection but no sales people to help. Prices posted seem to be average or above. I think they cater more to contractor customers
Small job- stretching carpet where the tack strip was showing, right in front of a doorway. I called the business that originally installed the carpet two different times and they assured me that one of their guys would be in touch to set up a time to stretch this carpet for me. That business never returned either phone call. R & R Products came right out the next day to stretch the carpet for me no questions asked! Good company that cares and wants to make sure people are happy!!
Had R & R put in engineered wood flooring and replace a fireplace surround. Reese helped us to pick out the best type of flooring for our supersized dog (165lbs) so that we wouldn’t have scratches all over the house and worked with me to pick an updated and durable fireplace surround. We get compliments every time someone new sees it. Now we’re back to them again to update our kitchen. Best company for quality work, honesty, reasonable prices and end up with a beautiful result.
