I absolutely love Dr. Burke and everyone in the office here. It feels like each and every person in the office cares about my dog like I do and I feel super comfortable leaving her with them. They go above and beyond texting to make sure things are going well and when I have a problem, they do their best to fit her in as soon as possible and I have rarely ever had to go to emergency because of their fast response. Everyone there is appreciated. Dr. Burke spends that time and just talks to you in a way that makes you feel better that your baby isn’t feeling well.nnThank you for taking such good care of my Nelly!
Love this place! I have never been to a place of veterinary care that I would recommend over this place! The team shows exceptional compassion and took the best care of my cat, PK. Not only were they incredibly communicative, but Dr. Burke called and checked up on PK several times (she was injured and needed a procedure). They are affordable and ACTUALLY care. This is my new vet for ALL of animals. HIGHY RECOMMEND!

I really wanted to have a positive experience but it seems like they don’t do a thorough job of inspecting your pets. My cat came in with ongoing diarrhea and I requested a nail trim and the vet overlooked that and by doing that overlooked a swollen paw that she had. I had to come in for a second time and paid for a cytology with an inconclusive answer, meaning they don’t have the proper technology so I should have been referred to a specialist if they had an inconclusive finding. My cat also has ongoing ear scratching and wax in her ears and she always scratches at and didn’t do a cytology of the ears. My second cat was brought in and I just needed her blood drawn for a check up and I find out that the urine analysis wasn’t included and I would have to go home and do her urine test because they didn’t have an ultrasound on site to do a simple urine test. How am I supposed to catch the urine of one cat when I have two cats at home? What’s more frustrating is I guess I was supposed to fast my cat the night before because there was a cholesterol test done? Why the hell would the vet not tell me to fast my cat? I just feel like the quality of service is poor, and they have SO many available appointments (literally 90%+ of appointments show available) so they have no excuse to miss any health issues. Long story short $600 spent later, I still have issues with my cats that have no answers, I still need a urine analysis for one cat and an ear cytology for my other cat. It’s just annoying to have went twice to the vet for one cat and still have the cat come home with ear issues and go again because the cat missed the paw issue she had. I should have just waited to see my regular vet, but you see the price tag of $30 a check up, just know if your pet has multiple issues going on, I do not recommend here. if your cat has a simple issue and you KNOW what it is, I may recommend this vet.
Thrive is amazing. The vets and associates work with us to find solutions that work for our pets. They are caring and good with my dogs. I have one that has anxiety and he does well with them. I would not take my puppies anywhere else. Thank you being so great with my pups.
