I was visiting from out of state and acquired a laceration that needed treatment. Nova Urgent Care was quick with processing my insurance information and I was seen promptly. The care was amazing and the staff's expertise and good communication were very comforting. Highly recommend this place!

Always thorough and efficient at what they do. Friendly Doctors and staff make it very easy to return every time I'm needing clinic services. I use them to renew my DOT Medical Examination (Driver's Physical) every two years to keep my Commercial Drivers License requirements in order and up to date and Nova makes that process very simple and quick for me. Quick and professional. Appreciate their current method of calling people from cars instead of making people wait in a room. If we ever go back to pre-COVID ways, I would recommend keeping this adjustment. Last place I was to be when sick is around sicker people in the lobby!nnSecond time here in last 5 years, both times were quick, professional and thorough.

My husband and I went to Nova Urgent Care in Roseburg to get tested for COVID-19. The staff there was exceptional. Not only were they very efficient and took care of business, they were also very kind and personable. Though this situation was not 'urgent' under most circumstances, it was imperative that we get tested within a certain amount of time. The Nova Urgent Care staff did just that - tested us and reported as quickly as they advised we would be. Thank you Nova Urgent Care.

I had an appointment at 1 but wasn't put in a room until 3... I thought that was the entire point of an appointment was to be seen at that scheduled time. The woman who answered the phone to schedule was grumpy. I asked the nurse a question, she gave me an answer. Once the doctor came in I validated that answer was actually incorrect. The nurse and doctor were nice but everything just seemed really unorganized.
