If I could rate them lower, I would. First off they were rude to my husband. They called our lender for us to come in at 3. We get there and the lady tried saying that our lender didn't send all of the paperwork. He did, we were copied in all emails. She just didn't have it ready so she tried to blame someone else for her not being prepared. So we came back a few days later and they didn't have me on the deed. The lady said she didn't have anything saying I was going on the deed, which again, we were copied on all emails, and she was told to put me on the deed. So now I get to go to the courthouse after paying them to take care of all of this and pay some more to have their mistake fixed. So unprofessional and rude. I would NEVER recommend any of my family or friends to go here.
