I have had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist for as long as I can remember. Being left in pain and dismissed gave me little hope that I would ever find a dental office that would be understanding or actually care about how I was feeling.nnThankfully I found Dr. Neese. From the first visit, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and like I was family. They are so accommodating and made sure I had absolutely no pain. Dr. Neese laughed and joked with me and had no problem telling me exactly what she was doing and why. When I felt any amount of pain, she was quick to stop and make sure I was comfortable before starting again. I am actually excited to go back and get my other fillings redone by her so I know they are done correctly. Even after an extraction, I can't express the relief that I feel.nnI am so happy I found this office. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place you need to be.

Love Dr Neese and her staff. Friendly, safe, and very understanding your dental needs. I always leave feeling better about my oral health and I know they are there to answer any question I have.

I came to Dr. Jenny Neese in an emergency type of situation- I was in a massive amount of pain, and my regular dentist was only available for a consult of some type for 20 minutes that day. I live downtown Indianapolis and was basically just looking for anyone who could see me as a patient. I was in excruciating pain, could barely speak, and was receiving assistance calling offices because it hurt so much to speak.nnFrom the beginning of my experience, Missy at the front desk told me to come in and they’d do their best to fit me in and even if it took time, they would do their best to help me. When I walked into the office initially, I was in panic and completely frazzled and Missy was so kind, friendly, and helpful.nnDr. Neese and her assistant Katie quickly took images, figured out the issue, and diagnosed the tooth that was causing me so much pain throughout my entire jaw. Next, the doctor discussed all of my potential options to fix the issue and the potential outcomes of each option. I asked for advice, and she guided me to make a decision on my own that worked for both of usnnNaturally, I am already an anxious dental patient, and I come with a host of medical issues that can cause issues during even basic appointments like a cleaning because of severe episodes of tics from Tourette’s Syndrome. During any dental procedure, I have to take several breaks and as much as I’d love to be a simple patient, I’m unfortunately just not.nnFrom the extraction procedure itself to her and her assistant’s bedside manner, I could not have asked for a better experience where it was clear I was under the care of an incredibly competent and compassionate team. I cannot begin to express my gratitude.nnI’ll definitely be a returning patient.nnDr. Jenny Neese, Katie, and Missy- you gals were so amazing. Thank you.

State of the art, NON-CORPORATE dentist. They are not just focussed on driving revenue. Dr. Neese was awesome in every way. They are there to take care of your needs, unlike many other offices that see you as a number with insurance to bill. There office was great- even down to the 2 video screens showing a relaxing beach with waves gently rolling up. They use an ultrasonic cleaning (technical stuff I forgot the name) but my mouth feels amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jenny Neese and staff to everyone. 5 stars is not enough!
