I had a great time and my stylist did a great job. She was very friendly and nolegeble. I got just what I wanted. I had low light and cut 6 inches off. I wish I could remember her name. She works every other Sunday.
Shout out to the amazing employee Alex!! She is by far the most amazing employee I’ve ever encountered in an Ulta . I hate to bring the negativity by saying a lot of the employees in Ulta are usually snobby and not very helpful including one that I encountered before I did Alex at the same store. But, after Alex started helping me, she went above and beyond in trying to get the products that I’m looking for. she even is going to help me in the future when they come in stock by taking down my phone number and calling me personally. Retail needs way more employees like her she was super friendly and helpful!
I was really impressed with the layout of the store, how organized the products were and this store has enough staff to really help you. I was concerned that this store wouldn't carry diverse shades or brands. ud83eudd17I was pleasantly surprised that they carried the entire shade range offered. I will always consider this Ulta as a preferred option now.
Very unfriendly floor person who was not knowledgable about products...and we wanted to buy several things. After trying to find items on our own we left and went somewhere else. Will not return!!
January 2020; Brand spanking new, clean and nicest ULTA store I've ever encountered. Quick visit as only needed two staples, however I'd like to go back to browse with more time & $. Employees were friendly and helpful. Hope the store stays nice.ud83dudc4d
